## How to use
The Panel Manager reads this registry to know which panels are available.
Adding a new panel = drop it in app-fragments/fvcms-*/ + run the registry
generator (this script).

## Anti-drift
Per app-pact §2: every panel has exactly one entry in this registry.
If you add a panel without a registry entry, the Panel Manager will not
recognise it. If you add a registry entry without a panel, the registry
will list a phantom.
