**Status**: worktree references removed via `git worktree remove --force`. Branches preserved as `archive/feat-atlas-panel-manager-v3`, `archive/feature-overlay-auto-discover`, `archive/fix-f7-keep-elementor-kit` for forensics.

**Re-audit policy**: if any block (B5, B6, B7) needs these changes, cherry-pick from the archive branch.
